The symposium is aimed to present and discuss the latest research on nano-materials/-structures such as graphene, nanotubes, dots, surface/interfaces, molecular structures, topological insulators/superconductors, etc. and methodology for studying their structures and properties. The symposium will be a single oral session with several poster sessions, with 100-150 participants. All of you, including members and non-members of The A3 Foresight Program/The Surface Science Society of Japan (SSSJ), are encouraged to participate in, and present and discuss the recent results in the symposium.

REGISTRATION FEE

Conference Fee (JPY)
Full Registration \10,000
Student \5,000

These registration fees include the admission to all symposium sessions, an abstracts book, publication charge of a proceeding paper in e-Journal of Surface Science and Nanotechnology, and refreshments at short breaks. They do not include banquet. Even if you do not make a presentation nor publish a proceeding paper, the registration fee is the same.

BANQUET
We will have a banquet at the entrance of Koshiba Hall in the evening of July 5 (Mon).

PROCEEDINGS PAPERS
The Proceedings papers will be published in e-Journal of Surface Science and Nanotechnology (e-JSSNT). All papers will be subject to peer review. The papers can be original ones or review ones. For a review paper, the authors should declare so clearly in the abstract, by saying, for example, that 'The present paper reviews a recent progress in the field of ---'.
Since the journal is solely an electronic journal, the papers are individually, and rapidly, published on the Web immediately after acceptance, and are unaffected by delays in other papers.
