Registration

Please send an e-mail to shuji@surface.phys.s.u-tokyo.ac.jp telling the information below:
(1) Your name,
(2) Affiliation,
(3) Full Registration or Student Registration, and
if you will make a presentation,
(4) abstract as an attached file,
(5) presentation preference (oral or poster).

The deadline of the registration is 13 August, 2012.
(On-site registration can be done, if without presentation.)

- The Full Registration Fee includes the admission to the sessions and exhibition, an abstracts book, publication of a proceeding paper, a Proceedings, and refreshments at short breaks and poster sessions.

- The Student Fee includes the same things except the Proceedings.

- All participants who attend Welcome Dinner (Sep 25)(3,000 Yen), Banquet (Sep 27)(6,000 Yen) and Farewell Dinner (Sep 28)(4,000 Yen) are required to pay additionally. The details will be announced later on this Web page. Preferably, please tell us in advance in the registartion e-mail which parties you want to attend.

- The payment is only at the registration desk by cash.
